| Venkatachalam
K - Director
|
|
K. Venkatachalam (KV as he is fondly called) has over 30+
years of experience in the area of computer hardware and computer based system
software. KV is one of the founder directors of Zenith Software Limited (ZSL).
KV started his career with Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO),
Thiruvanathapuram. For nearly a decade, he was involved in the design and
development of onboard electronic systems used in control and guidance
applications of the Satellite Launch Vehicles (SLVs). After his stint at ISRO,
he spent three years at Bharath Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where he
spearheaded the development of computer based automation systems for various
industrial processes.
As director of ZSL, KV envisages the strategy for the overall development and
growth of the organization. KV has a master's degree in Electrical Engineering
from IIT - Kanpur.

Sampath
Kumar P - CEO & Director |
Sampath Kumar brings more than 30 years of experience to Zenith. He is also one
of the Directors of Zenith Software. Sampath has international experience in
Sales, Marketing and Corporate Management, having served in reputed business
houses in India.
Sampath began his career at Mafatlal Consultancy services, Mumbai and had a
long stint of 13 years. At Mafatlal group, Sampath, as operations research
manager developed scientific applications which could optimize the cost of
operations. Sampath moved to UB group to their Information technology group
(ITD) at the inception stage and implemented computerization across all the
companies in the group comprising breweries, distilleries and chemical units.
He then moved to International marketing to grow the software business.
Sampath is responsible for the overall strategic growth of Zenith Software.
Sampath has a master's in Operations research and SQC from ISI Calcutta.

Natarajan
R - Chief Operating Officer |
Natarajan (Nats) brings to Zenith over 25 years of experience in design,
development and implementation of applications for companies across various
domains such as Healthcare, Financial Services and Manufacturing. He has wide
experience in setting up and managing offshore operations and in delivering
software from India to clients in US, UK and Europe.
Prior to joining ZSL, Nats was Vice-President, Delivery of First Consulting
Group (FCG), specializing in Healthcare consulting and software services. Nats
was also responsible for setting up and growing the BPO practice at FCG. Nats
managed large offshore projects for clients such as Blue Cross Blueshield,
Federal Express, Humana, United Health Group and Health Alliance. He also held
various technical and management positions at United Breweries Group.
Natarajan has a post graduate degree in Mathematics from the Madras University.

Natarajan
S - Chief Financial Officer |
S. Natarajan brings
in over 20 years of experience to Zenith. In his tenure at various Indian
companies and MNCs, he has garnered experience across diverse areas such as
Finance, Accounts, Commercial, Administration, Secretarial, FEMA, Banking,
Central Excise & Customs, Sales Tax, Labour laws, Pricing and Review of
Contracts, Overseas Office Accounting and Formalities/ Statutory compliances.
He has also been solely responsible for establishing overseas offices and joint
ventures and implementation of systems in overseas branches. As CFO he has
overall responsibility of various finance functions such as Financial
Management, Treasury Operations, Internal Controls, Corporate Taxation &
Planning. Corporate responsibility in the marketplace, specifically for
supplier relationships is also part of his mandate.
Natarajan has a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madras University and a post
graduate diploma in Financial Management.
