Summary of the requirement:

Candidate must have at least 02 years of experience as BDM in Middle East.

8+ years in Business development, out of which minimum 02 years in the managerial position

Must have good contacts in the industry and to get new accounts for IT/ITES in Middle East (Eg: UAE, Saudi Arabia etc)

Responsibilities would include, Identifying prospective clients, Generating business from new accounts and enhancing business from existing accounts such as Software Services and BPO/KPO

Achieving consistent profitability, contribution and collection norms, ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms

Expertise in all areas of Business Development activities

- Should have sound understanding of IT services with a global mindset, Strong quantitative and conceptual abilities
- Making Cold Calls and E-Mail campaigning
- Should be hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
- Exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle
- Candidates from International Call Centers and BPO (Voice process) with 2 + years of experience are also considered
