Zenith has a range of programs to help acknowledge the contributions of our associates. Our Recognition and Reward System acknowledges those who deliver great results while showcasing positive team effort, behaviors and values. At ZSL we believe that each individual can make a difference. Our Reward system has been designed to recognize and reward associates in both monetary as well as non monetary measures. In addition to programs such as Proud Zenithites Award, Best Project Award, Employee Long Service Award and Mentors Award, we also have Spot Awards which is intended to acknowledge and demonstrate immediate and spontaneous appreciation for the contributions of individuals. The goal is to thank our associates for their key contributions and effort in helping us realize our goals.
At Zenith we believe that the personal and professional development of our staff is an investment by Zenith to its future. We have created an internal knowledge sharing program called TFG (Technology Focus Group), which focuses on creating and rolling out the ORG level technical artifacts, to provide our associates with ongoing education. We aim to continuously update the technical skills of our associates by organizing various training programs. Regular knowledge sharing sessions are conducted where in employees present their newly acquired knowledge to other colleagues.
